| Robynn Garfield, Program Manager, Utah Department of Commerce, explained the Regulatory Review Project which allows the Department of Commerce to work with different Utah agencies to review rules and regulations and improve innovation in Utah. She also expressed interest in working with this committee as the project moves along and answered committee questions. |

| Sen. Bramble proposed not taking action on this bill today, but to bring it back in a November meeting to give the committee time to review it. |
