Jerry D. Howe, Strategic Initiatives Manager, Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel, presented an overview of redistricting.
Michael E. Curtis, Managing Associate General Counsel, Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel, presented on legal standards for redistricting.
3.Redistricting Plans
David Reece, resident, presented their congressional and state school board redistricting maps to the committee.
Jonathan Campbell, resident, presented their congressional redistricting map to the committee.
Alan Wessmann, resident, presented their senate redistricting map to the committee.
Hank Postma, resident, presented their state school board redistricting maps to the committee.
Chad Smith, resident, presented their house and senate redistricting maps to the committee.
