Ricky Hatch, Weber County Clerk, gave a presentation on how judicial retention redundancies appear on ballots and recommended a solution. He also answered committee questions. |
|
Michael Drechsel, Assistant State Court Administrator, Administrative Office of the Courts, gave background information on this issue and the court's role in the solution. |
|
