Sen. McKell presented the bill with the assistance of Marc Hunter, Executive Director, Utah Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.
Royce Van Tassell, Utah Association of Public Charter Schools, spoke to the bill.
Lexie Cunningham, representing Utah School Board Association and Utah School Sports Association, spoke to the bill.
