MOTION:Rep. Stenquist moved to approve the minutes of the March 1, 2021 meeting.The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-3.

SUBSTITUTE MOTION:Rep. Moss moved to hold H.B. 15.The substitute motion passed with a vote of 5-4-0.
