| Sen. Kennedy commented on the Utah State Developmental Center and asked about what other funding sources could be available to help individuals with disabilities in the state and Sen. Anderegg responded. |

| Rep. Thurston commented on individuals who need assistance who are not listed on the DSPD waiting list. |

| Sen. Kennedy discussed the distribution of funds available to the developmental center board and Angie Pinna, and David Litvack responded. |
