Chair Hinkins called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.
2.Quagga Mussel Tracking System (Sen. Hinkins)
Nate Secrest, Port Passport, presented the Quagga Mussel Tracking System.
3.San Rafael Energy Research Center Improvements (Sen. Hinkins)
Lynn Sitterud, Commissioner, and Jeremy Pearson, Director, San Rafael Energy Research Center, presented the San Rafael Energy Research Center Improvements.

4.Soil Health Equipment Grants (Sen. Hinkins)
Kristy Davis, Executive Director, Utah Association of Conservation District, and Tony Richards, Director of Soil Health, Department of Agriculture, presented the Soil Health Equipment Grants.
Chair Hinkins commented the expense and benefits of the soil drills.
5.West Weber Site Sewer Infrastructure (Sen. Hinkins)
Gage Froerer, Commissioner, Weber County, and Chris Roybal, President, Northern Utah Economic Alliance, presented the West Weber Site Sewer Infrastructure.
