Chair Winterton called the meeting to order at 8:08 a.m.

Rep. Steve Waldrip presented the bill with the assistance of Sen. Jake Anderegg.
MOTION:Sen. Owens moved to amend H.B. 36 with Amendment #1.The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-4.
