1.1st Sub. S.B. 202 Right-of-way Disposal Amendments (McCay, D.)
Sen. McCay presented the bill with the assistance of Charles Stormont, Right-of-Way Director, Utah Department of Transportation.
MOTION:Rep. Musselman moved to pass 1st Substitute S.B. 202 out favorably.The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-4.
