MOTION:Sen. Riebe moved to adopt "Mental Health Support and Law Enforcement Co-Response" as a committee bill.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION:Sen. Thatcher made a substitute motion to refer "Mental Health Support and Law Enforcement Co-Response" to the Behavioral Health Crisis Response Commission.The substitute motion passed with a vote of 12-2-4.
