Darin R. Underwood, Deputy Auditor General, and Hillary Galvin, Lead Auditor, Office of the Legislative Auditor General, presented on the key findings and recommendations from audit report #2022-09, "An In-Depth Budget Review of the Utah Insurance Department," and answered questions from the committee.
