1.Great Salt Lake Water and Salinity Levels
Joel Ferry, Executive Director, Department of Natural Resources, gave a presentation on the Great Salt Lake's water and salinity levels.
The commission asked questions of Director Joel Ferry.

Rep. Snider gave a brief overview of draft legislation, "Compact Commission Amendments".

Greg Todd, Director, Office of Energy Development, gave a brief overview of hydrogen as a potential source of energy.

Kirt Lindley, Hyrum Dam Tender, Cache Water District Board Member, gave a presentation on damage being done to the Hyrum Dam and gave potential policy solutions.
The commission asked questions of Kirt Lindley and discussed integrity of reservoirs in the state further.

Mark Stratford, General Counsel, Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, and Fred Finlinson, General Counsel, Prep 60, presented on draft legislation, "Per Capita Consumptive Use".
