Brian Dean, Deputy Auditor General, and David Gibson, Audit Supervisor, Office of the Legislative Auditor General, reviewed the findings and recommendations made in the performance audit of the Division of Technology Services.
Jenney Rees, Executive Director, Department of Government Operations, responded to the findings of the audit.
Alan Fuller, Director, Division of Technology Services, was available to answer questions from the committee.

13.Sunset Reviews
Lisa Sorensen, Policy Analyst, Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel, reported that upon recommendation of each of the three overseeing entities, and absent further action by the Legislature, the Energy Producer States' Agreement will be repealed June 30, 2023, and the State Facility Energy Efficiency Fund and the Motor Vehicle Review Committee will be repealed July 1, 2023.
Rep. Thurston assumed the chair.
