Representative Calvin Musselman discussed background and provisions of 2023 General Session draft legislation, "Veteran Dependent Tuition Amendments," which would create a tuition waiver program for dependents of disabled veterans who enroll at a state institution of higher education. |

Emmett O'Meara, Acting Director, Salt Lake City VA Regional Office, provided an update on the implementation of the PACT Act, which is a new federal law that expands VA health care and benefits for veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. |
Kimberly Albers, Assistant Director, Salt Lake City VA Regional Office, discussed upcoming opportunities for veterans to learn more about benefits available through the PACT Act. |
