Erin Jemison, Director of Public Policy, Utah Domestic Violence Coalition, spoke in favor of the bill.
Jeff Buhman, Executive Director, Statewide Association of Prosecutors and Public Attorneys, spoke in favor of the bill.
Adam Osoro, Assistant Chief of Police, Woods Cross, spoke in favor of the bill.
