Chair Johnson called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m.
MOTION:Sen. McKell moved to approve the minutes of the January 18, 2023 committee meeting.The motion passed with a vote of 7-0-2.

SUBSTITUTE MOTION:Sen. Grover moved to pass 3rd Substitute H.B. 215 out favorably.The substitute motion passed with a vote of 7-2-0.
