Chair Johnson called the meeting to order at 2:13 p.m.
1.S.B. 128 Public Safety Officer Scholarship Program (Ipson, D.)
Sen. Ipson presented the bill with the assistance of Ashley Spatafore Mirabelli, Chiefs of Police Association.
MOTION:Sen. Hinkins moved to replace S.B. 128 with 1st Substitute S.B. 128.The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-3.
