MOTION:Rep. Briscoe moved to replace H.B. 482 with 1st Substitute H.B. 482.The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-1.

32                 (a) that applies to the office, in a manner prescribed by the office, to receive all or part
33         of the money contained in the grant program; and
34                 (b) for identifying and protecting archaeological resources on the landowner's property,
35         if the private landowner contributes { an amount of } money , matching non-state grants or in-kind value, equal to or greater than the amount of
36         money the landowner receives from the grant program.
