40                 (ii) [A member appointed by the Utah County Council of Governments, except] Except
41         for a member appointed as designated by a chamber of commerce in Utah County, [shall hold
42         an elective office in Utah County or a municipality within Utah County] all members appointed
43         by the Utah County Council of Governments shall be elected officials from municipalities
44         whose boundaries are no more than one half mile from the lake authority boundary.
45                 { (iii) At least four of the members appointed by the Utah County Council of
46         Governments shall be elected officials from municipalities immediately adjacent to the lake
47         authority boundary. }
48                 ( { iv } iii ) The initial members appointed by the Utah County Council of Governments shall
49         include:
50                 (A) an individual designated by the legislative body of the city of Lehi;
51                 (B) an individual designated by the legislative body of the city of Lindon;
52                 (C) an individual designated by the legislative body of the city of Spanish Fork;
53                 (D) an individual who is an elected officer of the city of Provo, designated by the
54         mayor of the city of Provo;
55                 (E) an individual who is an elected officer of the city of Orem, designated by the
56         legislative body of the city of Orem;
57                 (F) an individual who is an elected officer of the city of Vineyard, designated by the
58         legislative body of the city of Vineyard; and
59                 (G) an individual who is an elected officer of the city of Saratoga Springs, designated
60         by the legislative body of the city of Saratoga Springs.
