Stevenson moved to, under UCA-53-21-606(3), recommend that the Division of Emergency Management be authorized to expend up to $5 million from the State Disaster Recovery Restricted Account in FY 2023 as presented to the committee.The committee will wait to authorize any FY 2024 expenditures until later.The motion passed with a vote of 20-0-0.
