Dan Linford, Superintendent, Logan Toone, Assistant Superintendent, Liz Mumford, Board President, and Benjamin Onofrio, Legal Counsel, Davis School District, presented on the district's process for reviewing sensitive materials.

Mike Curtis provided clarity on the Davis School District review committee's decision to remove the Bible from certain school libraries.

MOTION:Rep. Birkeland moved to open a committee bill file on curriculum transparency and sensitive materials.The motion passed with a vote of 14-0-6.
