Tanner Jensen, Captain and Director of the Statewide Information and Analysis Center, Department of Public Safety, presented on the lethality assessment protocol for intimate partner violence.
MOTION:Sen. Riebe moved to open a committee bill file extending the sunset date for the Domestic Violence Data Task Force to April 1, 2025. The motion passed with a vote of 10-0-8.
