2.Water Issues
Gene Shawcroft, Commissioner, Colorado River Authority of Utah, presented on Utah water issues.
Commission members asked clarifying questions of the presenter.
3.State Resource Management Plan
Dillon Hoyt, Planning Program Manger, Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office, presented the State Resource Management Plan.
Commission members asked clarifying questions of the presenter.
MOTION:Rep. Albrecht moved to open a commission bill file to adopt the recommended changes as presented by the Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office state resource management plan. The motion passed with a vote of 7-0-2.

MOTION:Rep. Albrecht moved to write a letter to the director of the forest service addressing the ruling on e-bikes. The motion passed with a vote of 7-0-2.

5.Impact of the New National Monument Along the Utah/Arizona Border
Hayden Ballard, Attorney, Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office, discussed the impact of the new national monument along the Utah/Arizona border
