Steve Allred, Deputy Fiscal Analyst, Office of Legislative Fiscal Analyst, presented on legislative appropriations to the commission and the authorized intent of these appropriations.

6.Federal Law Enforcement
Redge Johnson, Director, Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office, Kendall Laws, Attorney, Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office, and Tracy Glover, Cane County Sheriff, presented on federal law enforcement actions.
Commission members asked clarifying questions and discussed the presentation.
MOTION:Sen. Owens moved to submit a letter of support of federal law enforcement actions presented on by the Sheriff and Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office.The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-1.
