201                 { (ii) } (B) schedule changes; and
202                 { (iii) } (C) extracurricular activities; and
203                 { (b) } (ii) the emergency response plans described in Subsections (20) and (21).  
(b) Notwithstanding Subsection (22)(a), an LEA may provide electronic notification of and access to school activities and events as described in Subsections (22)(a)(i) and (ii) if:
(i) the school provides each student with an electronic device; and
(ii) the electronic device is capable of receiving electronic notification of and access to school activities and events as described in Subsections (22)(a)(i) and (ii).
