179         other individuals.
180                   (ii) "Personal identifying information" includes the following:
  181                   (A) current name, former names, nicknames, and aliases;
182                   (B) date of birth; }
183                 { (C) } (i) physical home address and personal email address;
184                 { (D) } (ii) home telephone number and personal mobile telephone number;
185                 { (E) } (iii) driver license or other government-issued identification; or
186                 { (F) } (iv) social security number.
