MOTION:Rep. Maloy moved to open a bill file to remove the sunset on the Review of Limitations on Employer Liability.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION:Rep. Abbott made a substitute motion to open a bill file to examine employer liability generally, not just the sunsetting provisions.
