| Chair Burton called the meeting to order at 1:08 p.m. |
| Chair Burton introduced Shad Larson, Associate General Counsel, Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel, and welcomed him as the newly appointed staff attorney to the commission. |
| Chair Burton recognized Jared Haines, who who has served as a commission member for many years and will be retiring soon. |
| Chair Burton also introduced David Busk from the Department of Workforce Services, as a new member of the commission. |
