Chad Saunders, Stansbury Park resident, expressed support for S.J.R. 401.
Jeff Baker, member, 2021 independent redistricting commission, expressed his opposition to S.J.R. 401.
Robert Axton, chairman of the Utah Republican Party, expressed support for S.J.R. 401.
Jackson Lewis, Midvale resident, expressed his opposition to S.J.R. 401.
Sen. Bramble made a point of order.
