MOTION:President Adams moved that the Legislative Management Committee direct the legislative general counsel to file an amicus brief on behalf of the Legislature in the matter of In Re: State of Utah vs. United States of America and consult with the President and Speaker as representatives of the Legislature on any necessary matters relating to the amicus.The motion passed with a vote of 8-8-0. | |||
