Teresa Wilhelmsen, State Engineer and Director, Division of Water Rights, gave a presentation on public water suppliers and answered committee questions.

MOTION:Rep. Chew moved to favorably recommend draft legislation "Concurrent Resolution Regarding the Grand County Water Conservancy District" as amended.The motion passed with a vote of 9-0-4.
