Jeff Shumway, Director, Office of Professional Licensure Review, and Margaret Busse, Executive Director, Department of Commerce, presented the proposed list of regulated occupations for periodic review that was approved by the Business and Labor Interim Committee in September.
MOTION:Rep. Snider moved to approve the proposed list of regulated occupations for periodic review as presented in the meeting.The motion passed with a vote of 13-0-3.

7- Efficiency Evaluation Update (Office of the Legislative Auditor General)
Brian Dean, Deputy Auditor General, Office of the Legislative Auditor General (OLAG), and Skylar Scott, Legislative Senior Audit Methodologist, OLAG, presented a follow up on performance initiatives and efficiency evaluations.
