Sean Faherty introduced Geoffrey Landward, Commissioner, USHE, and Nate Talley, Deputy Commissioner/CFO, USHE, who presented.
Sen. Kwan asked a clarifying question on USHE Proposal Reduction compared to the LFA Proposal. Geoffrey Landward and Sean Faherty responded.
Sen. Riebe asked a clarifying question on EAC 5% Target Reductions. Sean Faherty responded.
Sen. Kwan discussed the importance of EAC funds reallocation.

Rep. Sawyer asked a clarifying question on the funding commitment from the University of Utah
Chair Welton expressed appreciation of the partnership with Utah Tech and the University of Utah.
