Provisions of this bill provide for a $.30 per cubic yard fee be charged for construction and demolition waste. It is estimated that approximately one million cubic yards of construction and demolition waste are added to Utah disposal facilities annually. If the new fee is charged annual revenues are estimated at $300,000.
