Passage of this bill could increase local revenues by up to $40,300,000 annually. To implement the provisions of the bill the Tax Commission will require an appropriation of $125,600 from the Sales and Use Tax Administration Fee in FY 1997 and an appropriation of $316,100 in FY 1998.
