This bill appropriates $225,000 General Fund for FY 1998 to the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget. These funds are made nonlapsing and will be ongoing. The appropriation is to be matched with local funds at a minimum of a 25 percent basis or $56,250. It is estimated that costs to local government will not be distributed evenly and could be higher than the minimum required match.
