Any additional administrative costs to the State could be absorbed within existing budgets. The bill does establish penalties that could contribute revenue to the Universal Public Telecommunications Service Support Fund. Any increase of revenue would be dependent on violations of the law and successful prosecution. No estimate of increased revenue can be made at this time.
