This bill will divert current fee revenue in the amount of $160,000 from the General Fund to non-lapsing dedicated credits. The $40,000 currently appropriated from the General Fund for administration would not be appropriated. The bill allows the diversion of some of the $160,000 funding from the grants program for administration.
