Enactment of this bill will require one-time Transportation Fund Restricted - Department of Public Safety Restricted Account funds of $80,600 appropriated to the Department of Public Safety and ongoing General Fund Restricted Boating Account funds of $840,000 appropriated to the Division of Parks and Recreation beginning FY 2009.
