Fiscal Note - State of Utah - 2011 General Session
HB0287S02 - Restructuring of the Department of Community and Culture
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
The bill would save GOED $104,400 in Private Activity Bond Dedicated Credits currently used for administration in Housing and Community Development. It would cost Housing and Community Development that same $104,400 from the General Fund. A subsequent General Fund reallocation from GOED to HCD could make the reorganization directed by the bill revenue neutral.
