Provisions of this bill creates a special revenue fund - Traumatic Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust Fund. A defined reveune stream for the fund is undetermined at this time. The bill also creates an advisory committee. It is estimated to cost $21,200 from the General Fund in FY 2013 for the Department of Health to implement requirements of the bill.
