SB0201 - Expungement Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
To the extent that traffic violation expungement applications are filed, the Courts will receive $125 and the Department of Public Safety will receive $76 per application for processing costs.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable costs for local governments.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
To the extent that individuals apply for an expungement of a traffic violation it will cost them $201 for filling and background check fees.
