State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Department of Human Services $1,925,300 ongoing from the General Fund and $12,600 ongoing from federal funds to comply with additional juvenile competency provisions beginning in FY2013. The estimated cost will increase by $324,600 in FY2014.
