State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could result in revenue losses of approximately $125,000 per year to state agencies. If provisions of this bill result in increased records requests, state agencies could see additional costs to provide such records.

Individuals submitting records requests that meet criteria in this bill may save the cost of fees waived by the bill.
