State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill appropriates $1,500,000 ongoing General Fund to the Governor's Office of Economic Development for establishment of the STEM Action Center and $8,500,000 one-time General Fund for education related instructional technology and professional development in STEM areas for students in grades six through twelve.
