State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could increase fine revenues by an estimated $40,000. The $40,000 increase in collections would be shared 60% deposited into the Transportation Fund for highway littering education and enforcement programs and 40% to local governments.
