HB0152 - Highway Sponsorship Program Act
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill would allow the Department of Transportation to seek sponsorship opportunities to help defray costs of operational activities or highway related services or programs. It is unknown at this time what revenues may be generated. Any expenditures required to administer the program will be managed within existing FTE’s and budgets.
