About 183,700 individuals registering off-highway vehicles will pay $0.50 more on an annual basis. Qualified charitable clinics providing rehabilitation services to an individual in Utah with a traumatic spinal cord or brain injury may see an increase in ongoing revenues up to $92,000 beginning in FY 2015.
