Bridgerland Applied Technology College (BATC) serves Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties with its Logan, Brigham City and Rich campuses. BATC provided 1,081,459 total membership hours in FY 2014. Of those membership hours, 67 percent were for post-secondary students and 33 percent were for secondary students. Its service region includes four school districts. BATC offers programs in business, information technology, health sciences, public safety, and technical trades (i.e. diesel mechanics, architectural drafting, cabinetmaking, carpentry, computer graphics design, and professional truck driving).
An articulation agreement with Utah State University (USU) provides a pathway for students with 900-hour BATC certificates to earn an Associate of Applied Science in General Technology upon completion of 33-38 additional semester credits at USU-Brigham City. BATC and USU-Brigham City are also working together on the mutual sharing of facilities and equipment for robotics and composites.

Bridgerland Applied Technology College (BATC) is one of the eight applied technology college campuses in the State of Utah. It was officially organized under the State Board of Vocational Education and funded by appropriations from the Utah State Legislature in January of 1971. A special session of the Utah State Legislature in June 2001 restructured the governance of this campus and established BATC, a Utah College of Applied Technology (UCAT) Campus.
