Joel,

Last Friday the House passed a massive $3 trillion relief bill. The damage inflicted by COVID-19 has left so many in need but in the last several weeks we've spent $5 trillion on top of the country's regular overspending. Spending this amount of money with no forethought as to how it will be repaid is typical Washington.

Congressman John Curtis caught my eye in a recent article in the Deseret News yesterday that I absolutely think would help address out of control spending in Washington. Congressman Curtis has proposed a bill that future stimulus bills be required to be paid back in full within 10 years. This will allow Congress to give generous help to those struggling, but keep the nations deficit in check.

This is exactly the kind of problem solving idea that seems to be missing in Washington. Please join me in expressing thank you to Congressman Curtis with a join donation that will be split evenly between our two campaigns.
